Hi Emily! I'm so glad you and Scott use the 20 minute method to get stuff done. I probably need to use that more often myself! And I loved making your rug, too! I wish there was more time for me to do those crafty things.

That sounds great. I have not heard of that book! I am totally not going down to 100 things anytime soon, but my husband and I have been spending 20 min a night in the basement and that is perfect. It is getting out of hand, and organizing just one shelf and throwing some stuff out is great. Awesome! Anyway, I think I'll be reading that book. I really liked the book It's All Too Much, which seems like it might talk about some of the same things.

On a side note, I guess I won't ask you if you're still interested in selling us a rug! ;) Thanks for the one you made us -- we still love it. And I definitely understand about those supplies! I have some different supplies like that too, like supplies for making Ukrainian eggs and also some old art projects from college, plus some scrapbook stuff.... I'm with ya!

Thanks for the great post!

I can do a bathroom in 20 minutes! Kids can trash it in 2! I also just cleaned my craft room in 20(or so-didn't keep track). I kept putting it off because I was so intimidated. Once I started, I was ashamed at how simple and speedy it really was!
