I would like to get a similar program started here in South Bend/Mishawaka. On Tuesday I am meeting with the Resources Director at REAL Services to talk about how we might go about doing just that.

I have already talked to Jan Baker, the Coordinator of the program in Pennsylvania. She is very helpful and a great resource for information moving forward.

What questions would you all have going into this conversation? Do you have any advice about potential funding ideas or resources? Any other thoughts or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
